Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a second amendment to the Interlocal Contract between the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) amended to Nevada Health Authority, Nevada Medicaid; and Department of Health and Human Services Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS) amended to Department of Human Services, Division of Social Services, which authorizes Clark County to provide to DHCFP the non-federal share of costs for medical, administrative, and transaction expenditures in accordance with the Nevada State Plan under Title XIX of the Social Security Act for coverage to eligible individuals dated July 1, 2023.
