Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign a Lease Agreement (Lease) between Clark County and FirstMed Health and Wellness Center, a Nevada non-profit for ±4,102 square feet of medical & dental space in Building M and ±374 square feet of space for a nurse station in a portion of Building L, located at 701 North Pecos Road, Las Vegas, NV known as the Child Haven Campus and sign any other documents as necessary to manage the Lease. (For possible action)
