Accept or reject the final bid amounts received during the auction of ±60.70 acres of Clark County owned real property consisting of eighteen (18) individual sale units that was conducted October 27 - 29, 2025; approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolutions of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for the applicable sale units; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or designee to sign and other necessary documents to complete the transactions.
