Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to the Ambulance Service Franchise Agreement between Clark County and RBR Management, LLC d/b/a Community Ambulance, to expand the Franchisee's service area to include the Laughlin service area and to establish specific operational requirements for staffing, posting, and contingency coverage; and take any action deemed appropriate.
