Approve and ratify the acceptance of $15,000,000 in State General Fund funding, allocated to Clark County for FY26 and FY27 through AB475, passed during the 2025 Nevada legislative session; authorize the County Manager or his designee to execute any necessary documents related thereto; and to fund the following already existing (4) Las Vegas Justice Court limited permanent positions: (1) Legal Office Specialist and (3) Court Compliance Officers II using up to 10% of appropriated amount allowable under this legislation.
