Introduce an ordinance to amend Clark County Air Quality Regulations Section 12.1, "Permit Requirements for Minor Sources," to update and clarify language throughout, modify the definition of "minor source," add a map requirement to application contents, and modify public participation requirements; amend Section 102, "Gasoline Dispensing Facilities," to clarify and modify monitoring inspection frequency requirements; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing.
