Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management (Director) or her designee to sign the Second Amendment to extend the Interlocal Space Lease Agreement between City of Henderson and Clark County for the office space located within the Henderson City Hall, located at 240 Water Street, Henderson, NV; and authorize the Director or her designee to sign any other documents necessary related to management of the Interlocal Space Lease Agreement.
