Approve and ratify Amendments 1 and 2 to accept additional funding in the amount of $492,642 and extend the grant award period from July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025 from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services - Grants Management Unit to fund therapeutic mental health services for children and families being assisted by Clark County Family Services and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign any additional grant documents related thereto and accept any funds awarded.
