Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution to adjust a flood control facility located within Assessor's Parcel Number 177-12-196-002, generally located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Topaz Street; and authorize the County Manager to execute a quit claim deed conveying a portion of the flood control facility to the abutting property owner, Topaz 5 LLC. (For possible action)
