Accept or reject the final bid amounts received during the auction of ±68.16 acres of Clark County owned real property consisting of fourteen (14) individual sale units that was conducted September 22 - 24, 2025; approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolutions of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for the applicable sale units; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transactions.
