Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution Accepting Lease Agreement between Public Agencies for Clark County Owned Real Property to lease to Workforce Connections ±745 square feet of office space located at 5712 Missouri Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89122 (Assessor's Parcel Number 161-28-601-001); and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Lease Agreement (Agreement) and any other documents necessary for the management of the Agreement.
