Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Southern Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Planning Project, by Clark County Social Services (CCSS), in the amount of $1,300,000, to provide planning activities toward implementation of the Homeless Emergency and Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) Act of 2009; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to accept any grant funds awarded and continue funding (1) Full Time Limited Perm Management Analyst II (C29) and (1) Full Time Limited Perm Sr. Grants Coordinator (C30) or equivalent position.
