Approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution formally establishing the Mass Casualty Impacted Persons Database as Clark County's official AB50 electronic database which will serve as the centralized platform to identify and reunify victims during mass casualty incidents, and as a secure, permission-based system for information sharing among the Coroner/Medical Examiner, law enforcement agencies, healthcare facilities, and victim services, including coordination with the designated statewide victim assistance center to support long term recovery. (For possible action)
