Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care (CoC) Unsheltered Notice of Funding Opportunity Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Project, by Clark County Social Services (CCSS), for an amount of $120,000, to provide software and system administration; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to accept any grant funds awarded and execute any necessary documents related thereto.
