Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Rural Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Project, by Clark County Social Services (CCSS), for an amount of $97,192, to provide software and administration; and authorize the County Manager or his designee, to accept any grant funds awarded and execute any necessary documents related thereto.
