Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the Nevada Housing Division (NHD) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Project, by Clark County Social Services (CCSS), for an amount of $56,298; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to accept any grant funds awarded and execute any necessary documents related thereto.
