Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign a right-of-way grant for sewer easement purposes to the Clark County Water Reclamation District within and across the Clark County Flood Control Channel (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 161-07-196-001 and 161-07-596-001) between Interstate 11/US 95 and Boulder Highway for the construction and operation of sanitary sewer lines.
