Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management and the Chief Executive Officer to sign the Interlocal Lease Agreement and Operating Agreement between Clark County and University Medical Center of Southern Nevada for the Crisis Stabilization Center, Assessor Parcel Number 140-21-303-004; authorize the Director of Real Property Management and the Chief Financial Officer to execute the renewal options and any other documents necessary for the management of the Agreement.
