Approve and authorize the Director or her designee to transmit Clark County’s recommended area designations for the 2024 Secondary Annual Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) for inclusion in the Governor’s initial designation recommendation to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); authorize the Director or her designee to execute any necessary documents related thereto. (For possible action)
