Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Agreement for Installation and Donation of Memorial Plaque between Clark County and Daughters of the American Revolution, Old Spanish Trail Chapter, a non-profit, for the donation of a memorial plaque at 8150 Tara Avenue, known as Old Spanish Trails Park located on Assessor's Parcel Number 163-09-601-001; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction. (For possible action)
