Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign Amendment IV to Revocable Permit between Clark County and Nevada Environmental Response Trust for the addition of nineteen (19) parcels to the Permitted Area to monitor sixty-six (66) additional existing wells and sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction, manage the license and sign any future amendments thereto. (For possible action)
