Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution Approving the Lease between public agencies for Clark County Owned Real Property, to lease to State of Nevada on behalf of the Division of Welfare & Supportive Services ±9,614 SF of office space at 1850 & 1900 E Flamingo Rd Las Vegas, NV 89119; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Lease Agreement substantially as to form and any other documents necessary for the management of the Lease Agreement. (For possible action)
