Approve and ratify the submission of the FY24 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency by the Clark County Fire Department in the amount of $3,918,382 for the recruitment and retention of volunteer firefighters effective for four years from the date the grant is awarded; authorize the Fire Chief or his designee to sign award documents as necessary; and accept any funds awarded.
