Approve the award of Project 3134 HND Air Traffic Control Tower Improvements (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc (Holden Hsiao, President/Principal West Region), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
