Approve and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to submit a Second Substantial Amendment to the FY2021 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); to accept additional HOME-ARP funding appropriated by HUD in the amount of $22,209; to amend the County's HOME-ARP Allocation Plan; to allocate additional HOME-ARP funds to Tropicana Trails, LLC; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to execute any necessary documents related thereto. (For possible action)
