Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the acquisition by eminent domain a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 163-19-402-006 (Shahrokh Toranji 2022 Family Trust, Shahrokh Toranji Trs.) needed as right-of-way for construction of improvements on Tropicana Avenue at Conquistador Street; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign documents necessary to complete the condemnation process.
