Approve and ratify Amendment No. 1 to the existing grant between the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials to increase the amount by $20,000; and authorize the Coroner, or her designee, to sign Amendment No. 1 and accept any grant funds awarded; or take other action as appropriate.
