Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign Supplemental No. 3 to the professional project administration and construction management services contract between Clark County and WSP USA, Inc. (Tyler Young, P.E., Local Business Lead) to extend the contract term for construction management services for the project for the Laughlin - Bullhead City Bridge between Needles Highway in Laughlin, Nevada to State Route 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona.
