Accept grants of permanent easements for traffic safety improvements from LOGIC Las Vegas, LLC d/b/a LOGIC Commercial Real Estate (Jeff Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer) upon Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 162-16-814-000, 162-16-811-014, and 162-16-811-015 along Howard Hughes Parkway between Flamingo Road and Corporate Drive; and approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the permanent easements to complete the transactions.
