Accept a grant of easement for pedestrian bridge improvements from CPLV Property Owner, LLC (Samantha Gallagher, Secretary) upon Assessor's Parcel Number 162-17-810-009 generally located on the northwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road; and approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the permanent easement to complete the transaction.
