Conduct a public auction and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for ±1.02 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 126-36-101-015 located east of Shaumber Rd and south of Ann Rd for not less than the appraised value of $680,000 and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transaction.
