Conduct a public auction and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for ±0.65 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 177-20-403-015, 016 & 021 located east of Dean Martin Dr and north of W Silverado Ranch Blvd for not less than the appraised value of $281,000.00 and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transaction.
