Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 25 of the Clark County Code by deleting Chapter 25.16 in its entirety; adopting a new Chapter 25.16, entitled “The Mechanical Code of Clark County”; adopting by reference the 2024 Uniform Mechanical Code and the Southern Nevada Amendments thereto; and establishing penalties and administrative provisions related to enforcement.
