Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 25 of the Clark County Code by deleting Chapter 25.04 in its entirety; adopting a new Chapter 25.04, entitled “The Electrical Code of Clark County”; adopting by reference the 2023 National Electrical Code and Southern Nevada Amendments thereto; and establishing penalties and administrative provisions related to enforcement.
