Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 22 of the Clark County Code by deleting Chapter 22.11 in its entirety; adopting a new Chapter 22.11, entitled “The Existing Building Code of Clark County”; adopting by reference the 2024 International Existing Building Code and the Southern Nevada Amendments thereto; and establishing penalties and administrative provisions related to enforcement.
