Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 22 of the Clark County Code by deleting Chapter 22.05 in its entirety; adopting a new Chapter 22.05, entitled “The Residential Code of Clark County”; adopting by reference the 2024 International Residential Code and Southern Nevada Amendments thereto; and establishing penalties and administrative provisions related to enforcement.
