Approve and authorize the award and allocation of the City of North Las Vegas' portion of HUD HOME-ARP funds, $2,314,395; $1,967,236 in HOME-ARP funds shall be allocated to Tropicana Trails, LLC; $347,159 shall be allocated for administration of the funds; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to execute any necessary documents related thereto.
