Approve the award of Project 3080 Outbound Baggage Sortation and Make-Up Improvements to Nodes 4 and 5a (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. (Ross Edwards, Senior Vice President, Operations), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate. (For possible action)
