Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Clark County Water Reclamation District (District) and Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) to share the cost for the construction of sanitary sewer facilities in conjunction with the County's Department of Public Works Warm Springs Road Improvements between Decatur Boulevard and Dean Martin Drive project; or take other action as appropriate.
