Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement among the County of Clark, City of Las Vegas, the City of North Las Vegas, and the City of Henderson for the implementation and operation of the multi-jurisdictional business license, expanding the agreement to add “Sidewalk Vendor” as an additional License category type to the list of agreed upon Multi-Jurisdictional Business Licenses; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
