Conduct a public hearing to hear any and all complaints, protests or objections with respect to the assessment roll for Special Improvement District No. 162B - Laughlin Lagoon Waterfront project in the unincorporated township of Laughlin, Nevada; approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution confirming the assessment roll and resolving all related protests; introduce an ordinance levying assessments; and set a public hearing to consider the ordinance for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., for Special Improvement District No. 162B.
