Conduct a public hearing; and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County and the Clark County Prosecutors Association (CCPA), effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and extend the same salary and benefit changes to non-union employees not covered by the CCPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
