Approve offers of judgment for a total amount of $100,000, inclusive of attorneys' fees, costs and other sums, to be served on the Plaintiffs in the case Coleman et al. v. Clark County et al., Case No. 2:24-cv-00930-APG-MDC; and authorize the District Attorney’s Office to execute any necessary settlement documents in accordance with the terms of the offer of judgment.
