Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 3.74 of the Clark County Code to amend the removal of the governing board members and amend the delegation of authority to the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada Governing Board; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto; and set a public hearing. (Also sitting as the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada Board of Hospital Trustees) (For possible action)
