Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign an Ordinance to amend Chapter 14.04 of the Clark County Code by adding definitions for electric bicycle and electric scooter, and amending the definition of motorcycle to include motorcycles powered by an electric motor; to amend Section 14.42.058 of the Clark County Code by adding electric bicycles and electric scooters to the list of prohibited devices to be operated in the restricted area; to amend Chapter 14.52 of the Clark County Code by adding provisions relating to the use of electric bicycles and electric scooters on county property and right-of-way; to amend Section 14.65.015 of the Clark County Code to amend the definition of off-highway vehicle to include an all-terrain motorcycle powered by an electric motor; to amend Section 19.04.030 of the Clark County Code by adding the operation of motorcycles and all-terrain motorcycles to the list of prohibited conduct within a county park; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
