Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution to exchange County property (Assessor's Parcel Number 202-26-599-002) for a portion of the Mary E. Blake Trust and Stephen Nevada Fleming Trust property (Assessor's Parcel Number 202-26-501-001) needed for right-of-way for Beacon Street in Goodsprings, Nevada; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign escrow documents to complete the transaction.
