Approve and ratify an Amendment to the Interlocal Contract with State of Nevada-on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP), and Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS)-which authorizes Clark County to provide to DHCFP the non-federal share of costs for medical, administrative, and transaction expenditures in accordance with the Nevada State Plan under Title XIX of the Social Security Act for coverage to eligible individuals dated July 1, 2023; and authorize the Chair to sign the Amendment; or take other action as appropriate.
