Approve and authorize the submission of the application to the State of Nevada, Department of Business and Industry, Housing Division by Clark County Social Service for entitlement funds to provide assistance for qualified welfare set-aside activities (WSAP); authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to sign all grant documents and accept any grant funds awarded; or take other action as appropriate.
