Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management (Director) or her designee to sign a new Interlocal Agreement between Clark County (County) and City of Las Vegas (CLV) for lease and operation of Regional Justice Center’s public parking lot (Assessor Parcel Numbers 139-34-311-156 and 139-34-311-157) containing single space pay parking meters; and authorize the Director or her designee to sign any other necessary documents related to management of the agreement. (For possible action)
