Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution directing the Director of Public Works to prepare the assessment roll; and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution calling for a public hearing on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., on the assessment roll for Special Improvement District No. 126B - Boulder Highway Strip Maintenance, along Boulder Highway from Interstate 515 to the intersection of Desert Inn Road and Lamb Boulevard, and along Boulder Highway from Flamingo Road to approximately 900 feet south of East Sun Valley Drive.
